Out of School Time

Welcome to the School Without Walls at Francis-Stevens (SWWFS), before and aftercare program for the 2016-2017 school year. Before and aftercare is an important part of the school day and great effort went into researching and selecting the vendor(s) and programs that will be offered this school year.

Beforecare / Aftercare Program

The YMCA is a full service before and after school program and is held in-house at SWWFS. Beforecare is run from 7am-8am, for a fee. Aftercare runs from 3:15pm-6pm, Monday-Friday, for a separate fee. If families want to apply for Before/After School Programming, they should receive the paper application in the main office. Families enroll directly with YMCA and pay the YMCA directly as well. Families will not be able to send their child to aftercare until their application has been verified by the YMCA. Families can contact Platrina Alexander at Platrina.alexander@ymcadc.org or Carl Parker at carl.parker@ymcadc.org for questions.

If you have questions regarding financial assistance, please contact the YMCA Program Assistant Manager, Platrina Alexander directly at Platrina.alexander@ymcadc.org.
